Due to the mix of laboratory testing, marketing testing and manufacturing practices, we are proud to offer Relax & Breathe with a full 2-year warranty. This warranty guaranties that your Relax & Breathe unit will perform well throughout the warranty period (and as our longevity testing proved, probably a lot longer). Just plug it into your cigarette lighter and you have a maintenance free, low power consuming, silent air cleaner that will significantly reduce or remove the airborne presence of everything from traffic fumes to ingrained bad smells, in cabin areas up to a maximum of 15m³ in size.

Please remember, to qualify under the warranty, you must provide your proof of purchase and have treated your Relax & Breathe unit as directed. You must not:
-  open or tamper with the unit;
-  mistreat it;
-  allow children to play with it;
-  expose it to fluids;
-  damage it;
-  etc. !

In testing we had Relax & Breathe units working for many years worth of fair use* (* Fair Use: 3 hours of constant use per day, for 365 days of the year). Under these conditions, our testing units were still working well after 6 years worth of testing had ended. If used correctly, we look forward to you enjoying many years of cleaner air in your car with all the related health benefits that come from using Relax & Breathe to ensure you inhale significantly less toxins.

Exercising your Warranty

If you believe your product may have a defect, please follow the Usage Instructions on the “How it Works” page, to ensure the product is being used properly. If, after following these, you feel your product still needs to be returned, then please follow the Returns Instructions, given below. These will ensure your product return is made successfully. Where your unit is diagnosed as being faulty under the warranty, we will send you a brand new replacement unit, free of charge.

    Please describe the problem you are having with a clear picture of the sales receipt / bill of sale. We will either contact you with returns instructions (including a special reurns code) or with advice to qualify whether making a product return is the best way to proceed.

  4. Once you have the returns code, please remember to include your full name, address and proof of purchase. Failure to provide any of these may complicate your return and replacement being issued.
  5. When making the return, please remember to request a ‘proof of posting’ receipt, issued free of charge from your Post Office counter, when they accept your package. Photograph this and keep it safe - it will help you in the event of your product being lost in the post.
